Newcastle and Kidsgrove Conservatives have retained control of Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council following all-out elections to the authority.
Conservative candidates won 25 seats on the council, a gain of two from before the election. Labour holds 19 of the 44 seats at the Borough.
